Kathryn Ikle

Kathryn Iklé (E-clay) is a Dallas-based leader, consultant, mentor, speaker, creative, and versatile artist. With over 20 years of experience across UX, design, research, digital, marketing, AI, product, and innovation, Kathryn has built a strong reputation as a leader in both creative and technology industries. She currently serves as Head of UX & Marketing at Third Entity, a business consulting firm focused on strategy and transformation. As President of AIGA Dallas, Kathryn brings a powerful blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, turning ideas into impactful programs, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives that drive meaningful engagement. She holds a degree in Marketing & Art from the University of Memphis, certifications in Museum Studies and Civic Engagement from Harvard University, and a certification in Accessibility and Inclusive Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Kathryn is deeply involved in the Dallas arts community, serving as President of the Art Club of McKinney, TX, and on the boards of the Dallas Arboretum Women’s Council and the Dallas Museum of Art League. Her award-winning artwork is included in permanent collections in Dallas, TX and Dover, NH, and has been exhibited at galleries across North Texas. A passionate advocate for the arts and accessibility, Kathryn also serves on the board of InSight Arts, supporting initiatives for individuals who are blind or have low vision. Natalie Coca
VP of Partnerships
Natalie Coca is a Communications and Marketing Consultant at The TransSynergy Group, where she helps organizations craft effective strategies in public relations, media relations, crisis communication, brand messaging, event planning, and content creation. With a strong background in event planning, she excels at aligning a program’s broader goals with tangible strategies that enhance logistics, flow, and overall impact. As the VP of Partnerships for AIGA Dallas, she leverages her creative expertise to facilitate high-impact collaborations with local businesses, creating meaningful opportunities that showcase their offerings while delivering added value to the Dallas design community.
Alexander Flores
VP of Programming
With over twenty years of creative experience at various Dallas agencies in various roles, Alexander also brings his previous AIGA volunteer and board service back to the table. Beginning his professional career as an intern at TracyLocke and quickly rising through the creative ranks, his roles allowed him to hone his creative and marketing chops on big brands and small clients alike. In addition to the #AgencyLife, Alexander also has an award-winning chapter in editorial design, designing covers and feature spreads as the Art Director of the Dallas Observer, and subsequently the Group Design Director of American Airlines' in-flight publications where he spearheaded their redesigns. With a majority of his career spent doing three separate tours of duty at TracyLocke, where he was most recently a Creative Director for the Pizza Hut national account, Alexander currently applies the culmination of his creative leadership and experience at Cinemark corporate headquarters as an Associate Creative Director on their full-service in-house creative marketing team, working on brand campaigns and activations, food and beverage initiatives, as well as film partnerships. When Alexander isn't on location behind the camera shooting spots for the movies, you might find him on the other side of the camera IN the movies (so far as a background extra in a couple of short films to date). Most commonly, you'll find him AT the movies with his family and friends.    
Michael Meadows
Secretary & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Chair
Michael Meadows is a creative strategist, brand designer, and advocate for inclusive storytelling. As the Interim Secretary and DEIA Chair for AIGA Dallas, he is dedicated to fostering a more diverse and equitable design community. Michael is the Co-founder of Fufu and Grits, a creative studio that blends culture-driven branding with impactful storytelling. With a background in marketing and design, he works at the intersection of creativity and advocacy, ensuring that design is accessible and representative of all voices. His hope is to provide resources for up-and-coming designers to build their confidence and find their place in the industry.
Smita Pawa
Treasurer
Smita is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in product design and strategy, known for delivering impactful digital solutions across diverse industries. As Creative Director at Photon, a leading digital agency serving 40% of Fortune 100 companies, she leads a high-performing design team and oversees multiple client portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable success. In her role as Treasurer, she focuses on financial management, compliance, and maintaining the organization’s fiscal health and transparency.
Crissanka Christadoss
Director of Fundraising
Crissanka Christadoss is currently an account manager at a leading health tech company and has a rich background spanning many years in both nonprofit and healthcare sectors. She is deeply involved in community work and volunteerism, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive difference in the world both professionally and personally. Passionate about writing and storytelling, she has a deep appreciation for languages, music, and art. Her diverse interests and professional expertise make her a vibrant and multi-talented individual, always bringing energy and creativity to everything she does. As Director of Partnerships & Treasury, Crissanka aims to cultivate lasting business relationships that consistently elevate the DFW design community.
Priyanka Cholleti
Director of Membership & Community

Priyanka is a design and strategy leader whose career has taken a wonderfully non-linear path. She currently guides the AI transformation of Salesforce’s design organization, following a career that has included roles at NASA, Siemens, Apple, Abbott, Intel, and PayPal. A lifelong artist, she brings together creativity, strategy, and systems thinking with a passion for making complexity feel manageable and people feel considered.

As Director of Membership & Community for AIGA Dallas, Priyanka brings a researcher’s instinct for listening and a program manager’s gift for follow-through. She’ll focus on strengthening the member experience, creating meaningful connections, welcoming new voices, and helping every member feel welcomed, connected, and genuinely represented.

Michael Diaz
Director of Digital Engagement
Michael Diaz is a UX design leader and creative strategist with nearly two decades of experience shaping human-centered digital experiences. With a background spanning UX, product design, creative direction, and design systems, he has led design initiatives across healthcare, fintech, HCM, and enterprise technology. Michael currently serves as Sr. Director of Experience & Design (Head of UX) at isolved, where he leads experience and design strategy across the company’s HCM, payroll, and HR technology ecosystem, helping shape the future of how people interact with the tools that power their work. Passionate about the intersection of design and professional community, he also mentors emerging designers and contributes thought leadership across a range of design platforms. As Director of Digital Engagement for AIGA Dallas, Michael applies his expertise in digital content, design, and strategy to advocate for the design community and foster connection.
Sam Mak
Content Creator
Sam Mak is a Senior Designer at IBM with ten years of experience at the intersection of people and technology. Storytelling is essential to her work—helping teams uncover insight, align on strategy, and design with empathy for clients such as BNP Paribas, Caterpillar, and Samsung. She serves as a Content Creator for AIGA Dallas, using that same storytelling lens to celebrate designers and uplift the voices and experiences across the community.
Carmen Zavarce
The Deck Chair
Carmen Virginia is a graphic designer with over 16 years of experience in branding, editorial design, creative direction, and print production on both large and small scales. She founded and directed Kėp, a graphic design magazine in her home country, Venezuela, and has developed her own creative ventures. Currently, she works as a Senior Designer and Pre-Press Specialist at De-sl. Passionate about design as a problem-solving tool, she has led high-impact projects for businesses and entrepreneurs. She joined AIGA Dallas as The Deck Coordinator to contribute her skills and creativity to the team.
Mackensie DeBello
Social Media Chair

Mackensie DeBello is a social media manager, brand strategist, and content creator. She helps brands across industries build intentional digital presences through data-informed strategy, creativity, and platform-specific storytelling. Her work has generated over 3 million views online. She is also the creator and host of Trolley Talks, a video interview series produced in partnership with AIGA Dallas spotlighting creatives and entrepreneurs. Mackensie is passionate about the intersection of brand perception and creative community and is excited to bring her strategic lens to the AIGA Dallas board as Social Media Chair.

Mila Lyu
UX Chair
Mila Jing Lyu is an award-winning Product Design Lead and AI UX strategist working at the intersection of human-centered design, enterprise technology, and responsible AI. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., she leads UX for global finance, risk, and capital platforms, shaping AI-augmented product experiences and scalable design systems for complex enterprise environments. Her work focuses on practical AI + UX pipelines—from research and interaction models to productization, governance, and measurement—to make complex systems clearer, safer, and more human-centered. Mila is an iF Design Award winner, a jury member for the Anthem Awards and A’ Design Award, and an HCI researcher with ACM-recognized work in AI explainability and user-centered data privacy. As UX Events Chair, she hopes to create welcoming programs that connect designers, researchers, product leaders, and technologists around UX, AI, accessibility, and design leadership. She is especially interested in responsible AI, design systems, and security-conscious UX as tools for building more trustworthy digital experiences.
Grant Pietri
Video Editor
Grant Pietri is a multidisciplinary artist and filmmaker whose practice spans drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and video. He holds a B.A. in Studio Art with a minor in Advertising from Southern Methodist University and has created content for brands including Sotheby's and Triplemoon. He also runs his own YouTube channel, where he posts travel videos shot with drone footage. Storytelling anchors all of his work, from an original body of narrative paintings to the short-form work he edits for social media. As Video Editor for AIGA Dallas, he is excited to edit event recaps and speaker features, support the chapter's social media, and shape the community's moments into stories that carry beyond the room.
Marcela Iannini
Student Groups Chair
Marcela Iannini is a dedicated design leader with extensive experience spanning both corporate and academic sectors. She has led creative campaigns for major corporations and served as Chair of the Design and Media Management Program at Miami International University. For a decade, she owned and managed Solution Factory, her own design agency. Marcela earned her Doctorate in Business Administration in 2012, with a focus on design leadership. She also holds an M.F.A. and B.F.A. in Fine Arts from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Marcela previously volunteered with AIGA Dallas as a designer for The Deck and now returns to the organization as the Student Groups Chair, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for mentoring the next generation of designers.
Natalie LaFlare
Hospitality Chair
Natalie is a UX Engineer who blends design and data to motivate meaningful user behavior. Her expertise spans inclusive design and front-end development, allowing her to bridge the gap between design thinking and technical implementation. With a strong passion for research, Natalie skillfully combines qualitative insights with quantitative data to optimize usability and create thoughtful, user-centered experiences. Natalie joins AIGA Dallas as the Hospitality Chair. With her love of nature and floral design, along with her experience working at Disney and her background in sociology, she brings a warm, creative perspective and thoughtful ideas for welcoming and engaging members within our community.
Madhuri Sharma
Volunteer Coordinator
Madhuri is a User Experience Designer who began her career at an AI startup—an environment where results mattered more than hours. Fast-paced, messy, and hands-on, it became her best classroom. She quickly wore multiple hats: helping the CEO craft pitch decks, joining marketing meetings, brainstorming website improvements, and initiating UX audits to connect design decisions to broader business goals. Through this work, she learned that design isn’t just pixels—it’s clarity, problem-solving, and making choices that serve both users and the business. Beyond work, Madhuri has been actively volunteering with AIGA Dallas—starting by helping at events, where she loved meeting people and building community. She now serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for AIGA Dallas. As she grows, Madhuri is diving deeper into design systems and core principles. Equally important to her is the human side of design: expressing ideas clearly, building relationships, and honing the soft skills that turn good designers into great collaborators.
Miranda Mabery
Professional Development Chair
Miranda is a multi-disciplinary graphic designer, with expertise across a broad spectrum of practices, softwares, and skills. With a background in fine arts and scientific study, Miranda has spent the last eight years honing skills in the digital realm, giving her a unique approach that combines craftsman-like creation and methodical reasoning. She has been a member of AIGA since graduating from Texas A&M in 2018, and joined our volunteer team as the Professional Development Chair in 2023. She is passionate about learning, new challenges, and serving her community in a way that propagates growth and success across her industry. Through AIGA Dallas, she hopes to reach like-minded people and connect them to the resources they need to accomplish their goals.
Loryn O'Donnell

Loryn O’Donnell is a Brand Strategist with 15+ years of international experience in both agency and consultant work environments. In addition to directing her own design business, she is the Design Area Coordinator for UTA where she is on faculty as a Senior Design Lecturer. Loryn joined the board in 2013 as Director of Volunteers, then served as Director of Membership & Engagement, overseeing community growth and founding new committees to better serve DFW designers. After 2 years as Vice President, she served for 6 years leading the Executive Board as President. As a member of the Advisory Board, Loryn aims to encourage new levels of excellence for the DFW design community.

Rosilyn Rayborn

Rosilyn Rayborn is a marketing and communications leader and longtime member of the Dallas–Fort Worth design community. She’s worked on both sides of the creative world—agency-side and in-house—building brands, leading teams, and bringing big ideas to life for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofits. Rosilyn is a former President of AIGA Dallas and believes deeply in the role organizations like AIGA play in connecting and strengthening the creative community. She loves big ideas, bringing smart people together, and seeing what can happen when the right people connect. As a member of the Advisory Board, she’s looking forward to supporting the chapter’s leadership and helping AIGA Dallas continue to evolve with the community it serves.
Brian Sullivan

Brian is the Founder of Big Design Conference and UX Certificate Program at Southern Methodist University, which is a nationally ranked program by Values Colleges. During his career, Brian has worked with AT&T, Viking Cruises, IBM, American Airlines, Carter Blood Center, Four Seasons, and United Airlines. Brian is published his first booked, The Design Studio Method (2016), which is a step-by-step approach on collaborating with product teams during the early stages of design. Brian is an internationally recognized speaker with talks at SxSW, Big Design, IA Summit, UXPA-I, User Friendly China, Rocks Digital, CPSI, and UXPA Boston. He is a Keynote Author on Slideshare. Brian enjoys helping startups to succeed and mentoring millennials. He is a native Texan, who lives in Dallas with his wife, son, and two cats.
Dawn Davidson
Advisory Board
Dawn Davidson leads an award-winning creative team as the President and Creative Director of Alpha Business Images LLC, the largest African American woman-owned and -led advertising agency in Texas (and one of the largest in the US). Dawn is a powerhouse strategist, communicator, and relationship builder and recipient of the Dallas Business Journal’s Minority Business Leader Award. Dawn has also been a speaker, mentor and advocate for the arts, community organizations, and creative industry for decades. In addition to supporting the AIGA Dallas chapter in various ways over the years, she is currently serving a two-year term on the AIGA National Board of Directors.
