Mila Jing Lyu is an award-winning Product Design Lead and AI UX strategist working at the intersection of human-centered design, enterprise technology, and responsible AI. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., she leads UX for global finance, risk, and capital platforms, shaping AI-augmented product experiences and scalable design systems for complex enterprise environments. Her work focuses on practical AI + UX pipelines—from research and interaction models to productization, governance, and measurement—to make complex systems clearer, safer, and more human-centered.

Mila is an iF Design Award winner, a jury member for the Anthem Awards and A’ Design Award, and an HCI researcher with ACM-recognized work in AI explainability and user-centered data privacy. As UX Events Chair, she hopes to create welcoming programs that connect designers, researchers, product leaders, and technologists around UX, AI, accessibility, and design leadership. She is especially interested in responsible AI, design systems, and security-conscious UX as tools for building more trustworthy digital experiences.
