Madhuri is a User Experience Designer who began her career at an AI startup—an environment where results mattered more than hours. Fast-paced, messy, and hands-on, it became her best classroom. She quickly wore multiple hats: helping the CEO craft pitch decks, joining marketing meetings, brainstorming website improvements, and initiating UX audits to connect design decisions to broader business goals. Through this work, she learned that design isn’t just pixels—it’s clarity, problem-solving, and making choices that serve both users and the business. Beyond work, Madhuri has been actively volunteering with AIGA Dallas—starting by helping at events, where she loved meeting people and building community. She now serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for AIGA Dallas. As she grows, Madhuri is diving deeper into design systems and core principles. Equally important to her is the human side of design: expressing ideas clearly, building relationships, and honing the soft skills that turn good designers into great collaborators.
