In addition to working with clients through her private practice, she also serves as a career counselor at Syracuse University, where she guides alumni in shaping meaningful career paths.

Her career journey has spanned design, marketing, and leadership—previously serving as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and Global Marketing Solutions Manager at The Washington Post, Senior Designer at POLITICO, and Co-Chair of AIGA National’s Diversity & Inclusion Task Force.

Today, Phim draws on her rich background in building brands to empower people to build their own—helping clients gain clarity, confidence, and momentum in pursuing their personal brand and professional aspirations.
