Sam Mak is a Senior Designer at IBM with ten years of experience at the intersection of people and technology. Storytelling is essential to her work—helping teams uncover insight, align on strategy, and design with empathy for clients such as BNP Paribas, Caterpillar, and Samsung. She serves as a Content Creator for AIGA Dallas, using that same storytelling lens to celebrate designers and uplift the voices and experiences across the community.
