Michael Diaz is a UX design leader and creative strategist with nearly two decades of experience shaping human-centered digital experiences. With a background spanning UX, product design, creative direction, and design systems, he has led design initiatives across healthcare, fintech, HCM, and enterprise technology. Michael currently serves as Sr. Director of Experience & Design (Head of UX) at isolved, where he leads experience and design strategy across the company’s HCM, payroll, and HR technology ecosystem, helping shape the future of how people interact with the tools that power their work. Passionate about the intersection of design and professional community, he also mentors emerging designers and contributes thought leadership across a range of design platforms. As Director of Digital Engagement for AIGA Dallas, Michael applies his expertise in digital content, design, and strategy to advocate for the design community and foster connection.
