Designers often find themselves wanting to craft beautiful typography, pick just the right color palette or find the perfect concept for solving a design problem. As we mature in our career, we may find ourselves entering into a role that requires us to manage one, two or even a full team of designers. This welcomes a new set of skills we must learn to be effective communicators.
Join us in welcoming several senior-level creatives in a panel all about creative direction and managing design teams. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions to our panelists about managing anywhere from one to fifty designers.

Getting There:
