SOLD OUT Design for Good: An Evening at Kettle Art

Join AIGA DFW 's first Design for Good mixer, where we'll introduce you to DSGN FOR US, a creative movement with programs serving the local community. Spend the evening mingling with attendees surrounded by Kettle Art's contemporary collection, all while supporting some truly amazing efforts. Unwind after work, make new connections, and meet the DSGN FOR US founder: graphic designer Natalia Padilla. Complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

THE BENEFICIARY

DSGN FOR US works at the intersection of design and education, offering one of a kind creative workshops that integrate lessons on humanities, finances, and nutrition with art, design, curiosity, and words of affirmation. DSGN FOR US connects with the community on a human level, empowering learners to believe in themselves and become more self-sufficient. During the evening, you will learn about opportunities to aid this initiative through design, videography, and marketing.

THE ENTRANCE FEE

Simply bring an item from the DSGN FOR US wish list or donate $5 at our check in table. Please be sure to reserve your spot today by registering for a complimentary ticket via Eventbrite.

THE VENUE

At the forefront of the local art movement in Dallas since its inception in 2005, Kettle Art Gallery has remained committed to the support and promotion of emerging and mid-career North Texas artists. A key aspect of their mission focuses on providing a relaxed and welcoming environment for both creatives and art patrons through an eclectic mix of exhibits and special events.

Getting There

Guests from a local wine walk will also be popping into the gallery during the evening, so be sure you check in at the AIGA table to pickup a name tag and access the complimentary wine and cheese spread for AIGA DFW event guests.

We encourage anyone who plans to enjoy the complimentary wine to take a train or use a ride service. For those bringing a vehicle, there are 12 parking lots in Deep Ellum (and street parking if you're feeling lucky), so please familiarize yourself with your parking options.

An RSVP on LinkedIn or Facebook is not a formal event registration. You must acquire your complimentary event ticket via our website.

Accessibility

ADA-compliant ramp access is available through their front entrance.

Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional and educational purposes in connection with AIGA, corresponding publications, archives, and online. Ticket rates are based on AIGA membership status at the time of registration. AIGA Memberships are non-transferable.
