Lena Quach
Lena Quach is a Experience Design Researcher at Capital One. She is passionate about helping teams fall in love with the problem and translate insights into product strategies that intersect customer empathy with business needs. She is constantly finding new ways to minimizing the gap between the solving for customer and optimizing for the business. She also loves to teach and share her product and UX experience to help others grow and develop!
