BALL BRAWL™ was conceived over a few beers, a few diet cokes, and a few wooden tables. No one remembers how the conversation came about. Maybe it was a few inquiries about a design-firm softball team, then talks of a bowling league … however it was born, the infant idea quickly grew into an epic championships series involving balls that get smaller as the size of your competition does the same.

Yes. Shrinking balls. Narrow margins. A dirty joke that you’re forced to keep repeating. It’s a design community’s dream. Quicker than we anticipated, a few notable firms heard, and grabbed a good hold of the idea quickly.

All BALL BRAWL™ team spots are taken for the Fall games. But we have a great cause to support outside of heckling your friends: AIGA DFW Design Camp 2014. So, come join the brawl.

The twelve teams advancing to the next round on Oct. 10th: The Hurt Lockers, The Big House: Cell Block 2, Death from Above 2, Black Death Scorpions, The Big House: Cell Block 4, Cannon Ballers, CMYBALLS, White Lightning, MatchBallerz 2, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Gutter, MatchBallerz 1, Best Dressed: TBD.

Member and nonmember hecklers $5 each. Hecklers needed to vote for the best dressed.
