The schedule will be as follows:
1) 3:00pm - 3:15pm: AIGA members arrival and seating
2) 3:15pm - 3:45pm: Presentation by Jeremy Leonard, VP Operations
3) 3:45pm - 4:30pm: Q&A with Slingshot panel
4) 4:30pm - 4:45pm: Studio tour/walk through

Some important things to remember:

Parking is somewhat difficult, so anticipate this when planning your travel time

There is a small lot on the immediate west side of the building on Market Street - accessible from Elm. Another is one block west on Pacific (DARTrailway).

Go to the 6th floor upon arrival as we will be using
a conference room on that floor. Someone will be there to greet you beginning at 2:45 p.m.

Please do not arrive before 2:45pm. We will not have the conference room before this time.
