Board members

Bo Parker, President
Bo Parker is principal of Bo Co. Design, a Fort Worth-based full service studio specializing in web and new media design.  A graduate of TCU, Bo began his career at The Forbes Group (now part of Brann Worldwide) moving to Tracy Locke Partnership working on such accounts as Pizza Hut, Frito Lay and Pepsi.  With a background in both account planning and creative, Bo began RMC in December of 1999 to address the need for integrated communication between all facets of conceptual execution including account planning, marketing, advertising design and interactive. Bo spends his free time with his wife of 6 years, his daughter and enjoys running as a means of relieving stress.

Sara Carpeaux, Secretary
Sara Carpeaux is a Senior Art Director at Fossil, a design, development, marketing and distribution company that specializes in consumer products predicated on fashion and value located, in Richardson, TX. Sara holds a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Advertising/Public Relations from Texas Christian University.  She has been a member of and has served on the AIGA Dallas/Fort Worth chapter board for 2 years.

Sara is also involved in several charity organizations and enjoys doing missionary work with the youth at her church.

Keith Owens, Education

Appointed in 2003, Keith Owens is an assistant professor at the University of North Texas School of Visual Arts. In addition to teaching, Mr. Owens concerns himself with and writes about design ethics. Before joining UNT, Mr. Owens owned Rebus Design in Dallas, worked as a senior designer at Davison Design in San Francisco and a designer at Strickland Design in Houston. Between his time working in Houston and San Francisco, Mr. Owens spent five years as a visiting instructor teaching communication and packaging design at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. While teaching there, he also obtained a masters degree at West Texas State University in Canyon, Texas. Mr. Owens is an honors graduate of Texas Tech and West Texas State Universities. He is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts and the current education committee chair of its Dallas, Fort Worth chapter.

Erica Espiritu, Fort Worth Programming Chair
From east to west, Erica has studied at Otis College of Art and Design in LA and is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York City, with a BFA in Graphic Design. Through out her experience she has worked on accounts such as H&M clothing, Biotherm, Swatch Group, Baylor All Saints Medical Center (FTW), TCU, Texas Wesleyan University, Galderma, Fort Worth Star Telegram, Botanical Research Insittiue of Texas and the Fort Worth Business Press. She is currently Art Director at a local design and advertising agency near downtown Fort Worth.

Erica spends her free time with family and friends. She also is a member of the Big Brother Big Sister organization as a mentor to her little Vada.

Stefan Reddick, Past President & Electronic Communications

Stefan is a senior designer at May & Co., a Dallas-based brand consulting firm. A graduate of Texas Christian University, Stefan holds a BFA in graphic design. Prior to holding office as President, Stefan has been the sponsorship chair of AIGA DFW.

Outside of the design profession, Stefan enjoys playing golf, ultimate frisbee, and spending time with friends and family.
